These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the YachtRental.my website and any enquiry you submit through it. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
YachtRental.my provides information about yacht charter experiences in Malaysia and allows you to submit an enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. All charters are subject to availability and written confirmation.
Any prices, packages or availability discussed are indicative until confirmed in writing. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation and any required deposit has been received.
Specific booking, deposit, payment and cancellation terms will be provided to you at the time of quotation and confirmation. These may vary depending on the vessel, date, duration and season.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Charters may be rescheduled or amended due to weather, safety or operational reasons. Safety always takes priority.
Guests are expected to follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times. We reserve the right to refuse or end a charter where safety, conduct or legal requirements are not met.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YachtRental.my is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or any charter experience. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Content on this website — including charter durations, inclusions, food & beverage, activities, routes, images and any other details — is provided for general information and illustration only, may not depict the exact vessel or location provided, and may be updated at any time without notice. Nothing on this website forms part of a contract or constitutes a binding offer.
The final scope, pricing, inclusions and terms of any charter are set out only in the official written quotation and proposal. In the event of any inconsistency between this website and your quotation or proposal, the quotation and proposal shall prevail as the final and binding document.
